Oh, MD Geist. (Not a medical doctor.) A bit of forgotten-retro sci-fi/war ultraviolent 90's anime! Sorta like a cross between Rambo and Bubblegum Crisis to try to get the Fist of the North Star fans, with less in the way of robot suits.
