Ah I still remember this when it was a pitch/short on the okashi blog (or somewhere)... Although it didn't really develop the plot much which was kind of disappointing

Basically the MC likes to hack other accounts and troll random people with the hacked accounts. He gets into this girl's account but starts getting synchronized with the account profile and gets the classic existence rewrite end.

I vaguely recall the original short had it be the MC using random people's pictures as avatars or something but the rest is basically the same...
