Psychic queen, transformed random guy that winked at her daughter/consort. Male consort is supposed to escort transformed guy somewhere, but decides to sample the goods. Obviously, psychic queen doesn't like that, and transforms him, too. Then, it seems like he's in some sort of "time-out" chamber and the other female "prisoner" asked him what was he in for. Psychic queen gives female prisoner a dick as a start of transforming her into a guy. Weird reverse heterosexual sex commences --> pregnancy.

Carzej2 more or less explains how I interpreted the scenes. I'm just gonna jot down my notes:

Relations (whether family or business) to the queen are deserving of respect.
Visitor was rude and needed to learn respect
The male alien (prince/servant) did not listen to the Queen to just move the prisoner and thus was changed and imprisoned as well for basically the same crime as the visitor. (Queen's prisoner, Queen's sentencing)
Visitor was released cause he did not know the rules, unlike the servant who wears her colors, he should know better and follow the rules to a T.
The last 2 pictures are either extra or this is ongoing and the visitor will serve a separate sentence later.
