Apparently Doctor Demented never thought "What if I become a 'undesirable'?"

Also, forever? No... someone intelligent would be able to find a way to reverse the process and/or make it so that people can change their gender at will.

Edit: I thought of something else - What if it was a female that was an 'undesirable'? Would they turn her into a male? Just does not make sense here that changing a person's gender would change their viewpoints on various subjects or make them magically not a hacker, not a criminal, etc.
