I know there's a slow but steady stream of Railgun content throughout these later years, but I believe the 3rd season of Railgun could also have a hand in renewing interest for artists, which in turn causes an influx of new content. That's just my theory, so take it as you will.
Railgun is a relatively popular series for doujinshi artists that started over a decade ago. There are probably many unnoticed works that we will never see. This one in particular was released at the end of 2009 (the very last day in fact - Dec 31).

@mark1246 i always enjoyed railgun/index, but really really enjoyed the Railgun S adaption, and started building a collection after that. it is probably by no means the largest of anyone on this site, probably around 300-400 or so doujins.
it mostly sat in boxes for the last few years, along with a decent amount of touhou stuff. i always assumed most of it was already on this site (and most of it already is). but when we had the scare earlier this year, i became aware of how few things were actually here when i was trying to grab everything i could before the site went down. since then i started contributing myself. i've had a backlog of scans to upload, and with the final announcement date of Railgun T, i figured i could probably afford to do a 25 days of christmas sort of thing.
i plan to upload more after christmas, but probably not at the same frequency.
