The girls in page 8 are the ancestors of the current human kingdom that he fucked. As for why he chose some random dude, what I got from the afterword was how he wanted to play around with the idea of someone messing with Underworld a la Gabriel and co, but obviously for hentai purposes. Kirito is considered part of the "system" so it doesn't fit with the fantasy he wants to present.

I see. That's a bit disappointing given I was looking forward to an Alicization book of him for a while, but at least I understand why he did it.
