how is this metroid if it's necromorphs? wouldn't this be deadspace then?

what is it with this artist starting more projects before the other ones are finished

It's clearly their thing and I don't want to bash it, and maybe I'm just horribly scarred from my time on the internet seeing Horihone Saizou and Corruption of Champions where stuff goes from 1 to 100, but I always feel like the transformation aspect in these comics just don't go 'far enough'. Assuming the third image on the first page is close to the 'final form', they could almost get away with passing as a normal human aside from the additional breasts (and birthing of necromorph abominations but yea), just a big loose fitting t-shirt.

Clearly the art is aesthetic preference and it's well done, don't mean any ill will, just that we've even seen how drastic a change in the universe of Dead Space can be from the literal first scene in Deadspace 2 and it is much more effed up/different than the starting form.

I get what you mean but I follow the results of the mutations, and i am not a fan of too absurd transformation myself. In the future I would like to explore what it would be like for a character to live with these changes in their daily life so even the state you thought was "final" it would be pretty interesting.
