I've been excited to see this, and I appreciate that Wataru's willing to drawn more Shizune and Tsunade. I know how much he likes to focus on Sakura, but I do hope this means more potential doujinshi that include other women in the Naruto series.

I thought this as well after the first reading, but a second go around was when I realized that this could be a reference to Sahara Wataru's previous works and loosely connected time progression between most of them.

It's likely that Sakura has been Naruto's main cum dumpster (which is Wataru's focal point in all his Naruto doujinshi) for so long that both she and Naruto have grown used to fucking, making things feel routine and stagnant. The aphrodisiac is likely the added sex toy or fetish/roleplay being used to help get the fire going again.

Also, I feel like things have come full circle with this doujin since it's the opposite of Wataru's previous work, Konoha Saboten. Here, we see Tsunade and Shizune taking most of the spotlight while Sakura is largely in the beginning.
