i can understand how this can be heart string pulling but im the kinda person that when i dont like something i tend to break it down or compartmentalize elements to understand it and the thing that jumps out at me is that she chooses to help her friend by having sex with people other than her significant other like its the first choice. I understand wanting to help someone who supported you but given her talk right before the epilogue it can be assumed that everyone thought that everything she did was stupid if it was under any pretext that she could go back to her relationship. Basically you should feel bad for the three primary characters but the level in which each is at fault is very different. in the end Fujimaru's unemployment is an unfortunate circumstance that allowed Jeanne to make that decision and his response was totally justified but the only outcome is that she'll just go back to acting with Sieg and he'll be alone
