There is a lot of time-compression in this story, most of the detail revolves around Sano and Nanako's relationship allowing Sano to gain private details about Mikiko, and from Mikiko, gained intimate details about Shizuko. Essentially, as in War, Sano used their intimate secrets against them, turning them into assets for his cause. In this case, letting all three sisters enjoy cheating sex to their heart's content.

For me, the entire play is Alchemy in motion, the Oroborous. It isn't exactly opposites attracting, but rather opposites generate motion, and like-like generates stillnes. Lust, arousal, tension, sex, climax; all of these are life in motion. Several chemicals forming an exothermic reaction within human bodies.
