Yamamoto is the guys name that confessed to her. He first sees her in the grocery store. And was smitten with her and meets her before she leaves. He is not involved with the MMF at all is correct.

No, it still isn't ntr because it does not fulfill the full definition of it. That is because it starts out as cheating, then leads into swinging, then back into cheating, with some rape (weak), and back to cheating. No ntr at all.

Yes i was mistaken the guy introduced in p.074 with the confessed guy but that doesn't matter to the reason for this work to not be ntr work.
