Kyouichi gets snapped out of his lust by Wakaba arriving and slapping sense back into him after Natsuho and her mother-con fetish watches Kyouichi and the dad make out. Kyouichi goes to clean up and falls asleep in the bath only to wake up as himself in the van seemingly arriving at the village for the first time. "Was it all a dream?" He wonders. Dad isn't paying attention and they swerve to avoid hitting Wakaba in the road, crashing into the guard rail and suddenly he's waking up in the bathtub as Mika again. Wakaba and Mika-in-Kyouichi sit down to talk and Mika asks her if she's okay with this. To which she replies Kyouichi seems to be fully taken to being "Mika" and she intended to follow through this way in the first place. Wakaba says she wants fellatio one last time and they try but neither can get into it very much. Then of course a closing shot of Kyouichi drowning in masturbation yet again...

TL notes: It's not entirely clear what happened or what's going on, but if I had to guess based on the stuff hinted at so far: The true identity of Wakaba is Mika's husband who "died". After making arrangements with the rest of the family in Tokyo, Mika came back one last time to "say goodbye" to her Husband-in-Wakaba, and Kyouichi gets to be left as Mika to run the inn and be the resident turboslut.

As for the car crash, it's too vague for a very educated guess... maybe that flashback actually involved Mika's husband and Wakaba was left in a permanent coma, so feeling responsible he decided to live as Wakaba as penance? Then it was too awkward and painful for them to continue living together as Mika and Wakaba, so Mika offered to see about switching with Kyouichi so it wouldn't be so painful for him. Then Wakaba tried fellatio here to see if maybe they could re-kindle the relationship as Wakaba and Kyouichi, but it just didn't feel right? Gonna throw that out there as I continue reading and see if any of that is close to the mark.
