Your logic is flawed, this is definitely a Rewrite. Also two things:

1: Do not do the first page stuff again, its an awful idea. Explanations go in the comment field. No one likes to see them on the tumbnail. If you still feel the need to do it, then do it on the last page instead.

2: You cant delete the gallery.
