The first panles look like they could somewhat fit in the first two chapters, yet they are quite less rough on the netorare-ish side.
The last ones confound me, there's no actual explanation and build up for things to end this well for the couple, especially after how the 2nd chapter ended.
Looks like the author changed is mind at some point and decided to go for the 'happy end', which I find quite odd.
It would have been appreciated if done with a little more sense.

I havent read the prequel so dunno how this is related to them (if its a direct sequel or an alternate version) but one thing is for sure: this is consensual happy-go-lucky swinging (netorase). This isnt netorare at all, in any way.

Its true that the author puts emphasis in giving netorare feelings, like how much the girl is shown having sex with the friend compared to her with the boyfriend or the boyfriend with the friends gf, or how when swapping the bf and the friend gf arent having sex but the other two are, or how the friend goes raw while the bf uses a condom in one swapping scene. I guess the most netorare part is when she says she didnt have sex with the friend when the obviously did.
Still, i wouldnt say this is netorare since there is no intention of stealing/being stolen.

EDIT: checking the prequel, there you can feel even harder the intention of the author to make it a netorare story, for example in their first swapping with the gf falling into the cliches "he is su much bigger than my bf", "he is so much better than my bf" etc etc, while the bf is too drunk to actually have sex with the friend gf. But the vibe between the prequel and this one are TOTALLY different.

but in this one the BF is not bad at it and the difference is that the friend just happens to be an S and the GF apparently is an M

Considering what is going on I would guess that with time passing the bf just got better at sex as well.
At the end he is also fucking his gf without a condom, so they are past that anyway.
The fact that the friend has a gf of his own prevents this from turning into a netorare story. So she has a role to play there.

So in the end with swinging they got their sexual urges dealt with and are continuing along a relationship with a few kinks here and there for fun.

There are far to little manga that go this route, even thou this is the most normal one IRL. People dont just break up relationships because someone has a slightly larger dick and can fuck a bit better.
