Every tags here has its own unique definition by clicking on a certain tag then >Show Tag Definition. So, by inspecting the cuntboy tag, it will show you "Description: A male with a vagina.
Notes: Sex between men and cuntboys should not be tagged as yaoi or males only. Should not be confused with futanari if both a vagina and penis are present."

If users don't like this kind of thing, they could just add the tag to their My Tags hidden list.
