Thanks as well to 666555666 who uploaded the raws used for this

As promised (in the comments of the raw galleries at least), here's our translation of this. The censorship is slightly better on a couple pages at least since this uses the DLsite raws, so that's something. I hope you'll give our translation a read and enjoy!

Also, J18 just announced that you can preorder this book now in English and uncensored, so if anyone's interested, here's the link: https://jlist.com/J014

Page 6: "lie down" or "lay yourself down". The verb "lay" needs an object, unlike the reflexive verb "lie" which always targets the subject.
edit: Even when you know there is the correct and the incorrect word to use in this situation, you still choose to go with apathy. You people are underestimating the impact of language and how much it can positively or negatively affect what it tries to depict.
@"The Lost Light": You assume I have not had experience with translating or that I want to stick to the rules blindly. You're mistaken. The fact that language lives does not mean you should apathetically go with the flow of the masses when it is clearly defined what two commonly misused words mean. This one example at hand is common i.e. "lay down" vs "lie down" in the context of a person, but I'll be quite amused if I ever run into somebody saying "lying down bricks" instead of "laying down bricks". Style and grammar are separate things. You do not need to forego grammar to convey style. The whole reason I bother to bring this up with this particular doujin is because there is another translation done before this one, and you can compare which one sounds more natural.

P.S. : You know what? I figure neither of us is going to yield. May as well agree to disagree. We don't have a conflict of interest in the bigger picture anyway. We're all here to look at hot 2D women or men. You do you.I do me.

@xElemental - While you are technically correct, people often misuse lie/lay in casual speech (myself included). That's why I don't think it needs to be fixed in this case.

Hey, a banner. Thanks for adding a banner that points to a place where the official version can be purchased instead of just wastefully consigning this gallery to oblivion.

@xElemental

I try to translate how typical people speak, since most hentai stars (relatively) typical people (which is also how most are written in Japanese too. Japanese media doesn't follow every grammar rule either).

Edit: Try to use proper language all the time and eventually something's going to sound awful because despite being correct, it's unnatural. See, language isn't a static thing. It's constantly changing, as is what's considered proper. Those that have an overpowering tendency to stick to "the rules" regardless of context display a fundamental lack of knowledge regarding language, something that's very important when translating. No translator worth their salt will just blithely stick to what they were taught in their language courses in school regardless of what tone is meant to be conveyed. Additionally, you yourself lack understanding of the impact of language if you believe everything should be translated into perfectly proper English when the source language itself is not perfectly proper. That's how you get robotic sounding translations. It's not about style, I'm not sure where you get that idea. You wouldn't take characters who speak in a colloquial way and make them speak like an English professor in a translation. But hey, you're free to take up the task of translation if you believe you can do better. Have at it, my friend.

So is this 23's Sera character or just someone who looks like her?
