Yes, very much so.

1: The tag for getting pregnant is impregnation. Impregnation is valid if there was enough sex, then the person is confirmed to have gotten pregnant. Doesn't need to show the egg, dialogue would be valid as long as it is confirmation not "get pregnant!!!" Like a lot of hentai protags shout.

2: The pregnant tag is for there being enough images of a pregnant person having sex. 1 Pg would only be enough in a 4 Pg gallery.
