A CD-R that was released in 1999 by STUDIO Dimple that includes a scan of the original doujin manga "Kareina Bad Boy" along with desktop games (A tamagotchi style game and a hanafuda card game) and some miscellaneous images.
The scans are two pages in one image. The first two chapters are significantly lower res than the last two.
