What you said is as stupid as accusing the mangaka of putting a brown filter on everything. That's called "levelling". And what the scanlator did is perfectly fine. I'm looking at the raw on https://e-hentai.org/s/b5dc377139/1332424-286 right now and I can already see from a distance that things that should be black (#000000) are brown (#221f18). On closer inspection, there are artefacts all over the things that should be black, and along the borders of things that are white. So it's perfectly reasonable for the people working on the English version to fix up the images for our reading experience.
