You raise good points. The issue I have is with "Yuri" being "females only" by default.
"Females only" can be without Yuri, say if all the girls only do themselves and never touch another.
Then, you can get "Yuri" when there are guys in the story. Longer books come to mind. Smaller books where there are Yuri happening with two girls and regular stuff happening with another couple can easily be Yuri and not Bisexual and not Female Only.
