Like @spirtohleb mentioned, since G4M shut down, Yamahata Rian has focused on Fanbox to support his doujin work. He actually put out ~4 pages of this manga every 1-2 weeks on Fanbox (it totaled to the first 19 pages) for 500 yen/month in May and June. Of course, it's cheaper to buy it once he sells it on DLsite. But for Yamahata fans out there with cash to spare who want to support him, this seems like an excellent way to do so.

For me, probably the best part of this world is the fact that IF Japan was under unshakeable female rule + used a point system to encourage slave training of men + slave training looked awesome on a women's resume... then I could *realistically* see both men AND women act like they do in this manga. Boys and girls are introduced to this system in high school; the boys are taught they have only themselves to blame if they fall below 100, and the sight of underachievers being trained becomes part of their sexuality; girls have a safe environment where they can start to see incompetent boys as subhuman toys. The whole system helps ensure the stability of female rule. The point criterion is opaque, so the actual % of men who fall below 100 can be adjusted based on societal needs. Other factors such as birth rate & need for highly skilled workers also need to be accounted for... but surely Yamahata Rian's dystopia can find solutions.
