Maybe she is called a centaur by another character because he doesn't know better? She looks like a deer girl to me and she has a deer tail too. No centaur has that short deer tail nubbin.

And as a deer girl, she still has her fawn spots. As the deer mature, they lose their fawn spots. So in one sense she is lolicon among the deer.
