Certain metal coatings such as nickel are not advised for long term contact with skin. And other metals that can contact skin are different or even reactive when in long term contact with fluids and electrochemical corrosion situations (such as inside a urethra) can result in metal leeching.

This patreon hosts fake brochures from a nonexistent company producing high end chastity products, all set in a fictional universe where the government forces everyone to wear some form of chastity equipment. From what I can tell the creator doesn’t make porn, just cgi mockups of fetish gear. I’ve never seen anything like this.
