Here are general tips for you:
1. use the RAW: https://e-hentai.org/g/1708474/81ade5aa56/ and it's actual size.
2. if you don't have the prerequisite tools or knowledge, wait until you acquire them to do the translation.
If you decide to do it you'll potentially end up leaving the community with a sloppy translation, until someone decides to commission a third party willing to revisit a work or someone with more experience is willing to do it for free (in both cases they rarely ever happen).
3. The typesetting needs a lot of work. The font is decent, but the spacing, stretching of the text, blurriness/fuzziness of the text, and text that could use anti-aliasing is everywhere. Also the cleaning could be better in some parts.
4. Use proper punctuation.

Some typos, grammatical mistakes, etc. (excluding punctuation related ones):
P.2: "Me and senpai" should be "senpai and I". Like "I run" instead of "me run".
P.3: "Quite slow than I expected" should be "quite slower than I expected".
P.4: Treasures is spelled wrong.
P.5: "Believed" should be "believe", she didn't get NTRed... yet. ;)
P.10: Ziggurat is a noun not a proper noun, so no need to capitalize it.
P.11: "I have taken a liking with you" should be "I have taken a liking to you".
P.12: "Where did the voice you did from earlier go" could be shortened to "Where did your voice from earlier go".
P.12: "You're putting something weird" should be "You're putting something weird in".
P.12: "Not even more fearful..." is a fragment and I don't know what he was trying to say here, but it looks like something got lost in "translation".
P.13: "I'm getting pulled deeper.." should be "I'm getting pulled deeper in(side)".
P.13: "Don't put it any deeper" should be "don't put it in any deeper".
P.14: "I shall take in his place" should be "I shall take it in his place"
Also in the TL note you comma spliced several times and made it a run-on sentence.

Hmmm... Usually I try to stick with the editing and try to avoid talking about the translation as I'm just a editor/typesetter. However... I do know a bit of japanese. Not enough to translate doujins without receiving help (unless the said doujin is really easy to translate). But enough to understand some parts.
Now you might be wondering why I'm saying this... Well... The thing is that, while I was waiting for Coffedrug to release his translation (after all he said that he was working on it), I decided to spoil myself a little bit and translate p27 in order to have a little preview.

Don't translate/edit things because "Oh! They're popular" or x reasons if you can't translate nor edit. If you don't know how to edit and translate and yet want to help, just know that E-H has a bounty system. Use it to find a proper translator (& proofreader) and a proper editor.
