Please notice that the tank is 1700x2450 whereas your version is 1280x1800. That 1280x is a telltale sign that it's been created by this site for gallery display. That version is only intended for viewing and not for derivative works, because it's a JPG saved at 80% quality so with noticeable compression artifacts. Sadly that's also the only version that gets scraped by aggregators like NH.
When you start with such a large drop, IMO it's kinda pointless to then try to increase image quality by adding post-processing like decensoring . Just look at the spread in chapter 4, it's become postage stamp-sized.... TLDR never get your raws from NH.
