Ah, i think i understand now. Take it with a grain of salt but, since i didn't read all of it but after reading the part when we see the "wife". I think what actually happen is the male lead does have a adolescent daughter with that woman who appear later on, and they were likely once married and got divorced, then later on they tried to go back together thus the use of "再婚" (remarried) meaning to get back together.
Which he says he can't do anymore since he wants to be with the female lead, but she doesn't accept immediately as she says "you wouldn't do it even for your daughter".
Then we get introduced to the adolescent daughter who says they don't have to get back together and she wants her dad (male lead) to be happy.

I'm not fluent in Japanese, but here is an outline of the story that I have managed to piece together.

We start with Hinano (blonde) and her boyfriend Yuta (red) meeting up for a date. Hinano asks where they are going today and Yuta points to a building offering "rental rooms"; Hinano is surprised and asks why they aren't going to a hotel. Yuta explains that hotels are too expensive and he can't afford them. They have sex, which Hinano finds to be painful. Afterwards Hinano wants to take a shower but Yuta explains that the rental room doesn't have one (probably why it is cheaper than a hotel). They talk about being short of money and Yuta suggests that Hinano signs herself up to a "Papa talk" dating service that matches young women with older men.

Hinano reluctantly agrees and the app matches her with a 42 year old man named Takehiko. She has a debate with herself about whether to back out of the date when Takehiko arrives (apparently the young looking brown haired guy is 42?). They go on a date and have a nice meal and conversation; Hinano is a little surprised by the amount of money she is given as Takehiko drives her back.

Yuta is pleased with the amount of money she has made and talks about the nice hotel room they have managed to afford. However, he thinks that she can make more money and suggests that she can offer additional “services” to her new sugar daddy to get even more money. Hinano is reluctant but Yuta decides to apply emotional blackmail; he starts talking about how the money will finance his dream – no, he corrects himself – their dream. Their dream depends on her doing more to earn bonus money. Hinano reluctantly agrees.

Hinano and Takehiko go on another date but this time it ends up at a hotel. Takehiko convinces her to have sex, which Hinano is surprised to find isn't painful. In fact, it starts to feel really good. Takehiko calls out that he loves her while they are having sex, and she is surprised by the declaration. By the end she is amazed by how good it felt and is further surprised that she and Takehiko are having a post-coital conversation; the aftermath of a session with Yuta is never that pleasant. The conversation strays into Takehiko's relationship with his wife and it seems that Hinano has touched a nerve (there are a few more panels on this, which I think talk about his wife and daughter but I couldn't make out the details on a skim read).

Hinano meets up with Yuta, who is impressed with the amount of money she earned. They are now at a hotel instead of a rental room but Hinano doesn't seem to be impressed with the facilities; it is like a shoe box room. Hinano and Yuta have sex and again she feels that it is very painful but she endures it.

On the next date with Takehiko, he offers to give her a massage, which Hinano really enjoys; the massage starts to stray beyond her muscles and she feels him stroke the side of her breasts. She keeps quiet and lets him continue. She is confused by what she is feeling and when she starts moaning, she thinks to herself how embarrassing it is that she couldn't control her voice. She turns over and the massage focuses in on her chest; she is shocked by how much pleasure it is giving her. They move on to sex and Hinano thinks how happy and safe she feels; she cries out that it feels really good and Takehiko again confesses his love.

Hinano decides to head over to Yuta's place but there is no answer. She lets herself in and finds him asleep with another woman. Shocked by this betrayal she runs away. We then have a scene of Hinano in her own place; she is ignoring messages from Yuta but is invited on another date by Takehiko. She goes on the date but is in a strange mood following Yuta's betrayal. Takehiko tries to cheer her up but he receives a phone call from his wife. Takehiko apologises for the interruption and asks Hinano where she wants to go today; she pauses and then asks to see his home. Takehiko is reluctant but eventually agrees.

Takehiko lives at an expensive apartment block but Hinano is shocked to find that the interior is a tip. She notes that Takehiko can't be living with his wife if this is the state of his living quarters and her mood seems to brighten. She offers to help clean the apartment with a grin on her face. Hinano cooks a meal; Takehiko says the food is delicious and she explains cheerfully that her mother taught her. Talk turns to Hinano's father but she says she doesn't know anything about him; he left when she was very young. Hinano becomes depressed and starts talking about Yuta; eventually she ends up in tears and Takehiko comforts her.

Following her outburst, Hinano goes to clean up and is amazed at the facilities in the bathroom; this is like a high-class hotel. As she is looking around, Takehiko joins her unexpectedly and convinces her to let him clean her. The washing progresses to sex and it is more amazing than ever. It gets to the point where Hinano can't control her body any more and she accidentally releases her bladder. As usual, Takehiko tells her that he loves her. Lying in bed afterwards Hinano starts to have jealous thoughts about Takehiko's wife but then berates herself for the strange direction of her thoughts. Takehiko offers to let her stay the night and Hinano notes to herself (with a smile on her face) that this is proof that the wife isn't living with him.

A month passes. Hinano has been ignoring Yuta's attempts to contact her but Takehiko has been silent. Thinking about her times with Takehiko she starts to touch herself and cries out Takehiko's name repeatedly.

Takehiko eventually makes contact and invites Hinano on a date to a sushi restaurant. Hinano is in a bad mood and tries to make Takehiko suffer for ignoring her. After a while her facade breaks and she starts to laugh; the tension melts and they enjoy the rest of the meal together. In the car afterwards, Hinano is looking forward to visiting a hotel with him but is shocked when he presents the money early. Apparently he is struggling with money at the moment and only had enough to cover her fees for the time they were at the restaurant; he can't afford to pay her for further time at a hotel. Hinano is disappointed and starts to think over her relationship with him.

Again at her place, she is ignoring Yuta's attempts to contact her when he suddenly turns up at the door. He tries to explain what happened and starts talking about their dream again (I don't fully get this section but I think he was also working for an escort service in order to earn money, and the woman from last time was just a client). As Yuta continues talking Hinano realises that all she is hearing is gibberish; suddenly it dawns on her that she isn't paying attention to what he is saying because she doesn't care about him. Takehiko is all that she is thinking about. She then beats up Yuta for how he was treating her and decides to go out for a walk.

While wandering around she spots Takehiko in a restaurant talking with another woman and decides to see what is going on. The woman is revealed to be his wife and Hinano notes that she “knew” he must still be seeing her. However, the woman starts to talk about how they should get back together. Hinano notes to herself that the wife's arguments have merit and becomes depressed. However, Takehiko picks apart the wife's arguments even though his explanations don't seem to make sense to either the wife or Hinano. As a final argument, the wife invokes the effect his decision will have on their daughter; however the daughter interrupts to say that she is fine and that the father should be with the person he loves.

After Takehiko leaves the restaurant Hinano grabs him from behind and confesses to his back that she loves him. She asks him if he feels the same way and he utters the fateful words, “of course,” (instead of “I love you”) which causes Hinano to grab him in some painful place (I'm not sure where). An hour later they are at a hotel and Hinano apologises for hurting him by offering to use her mouth. They move on to sex but towards the end Hinano locks her legs around him and demands that he release inside of her.

That takes us to page 838. I might post a summary of the rest later.
