I mean, there are actually studies that women who have been sexually assaulted once are often targeted again. Relatedly studies of serial "jump out of the bushes" (not date rape) sex offenders show they can spot potential targets among crowds based on their behavior, this correlates not just with the same targets muggers pick out (controlling for sexual preferences), but also with people who have already been victimized.

So I don't think it exactly plays out like this, but it is a real phenomena.
