For those who are wondering what is wrong with most of the images:

The images in this gallery are indeed correctly compiled from the image parts that were ripped from the game data.
However, the image resolution for those images exceed the 1280 x 720 resolution used in-game. The game uses a 1280 x 720 crop of the full image.
If one were to replicate the 1280 x 720 crop on these images, all the images will appear exactly as shown in-game.

For those who are familiar with printing, this is the same idea as "bleed".
