Actually on second reading. It seems that the plot it MC and his childhood friend GF wants to have sex but they're virgins (or at least very inexperienced) and can't do it properly so their friends are teaching them via swingins. MC is shown to be good at fucking, GF is shown to be good at well... getting fucked. And final panel shows MC and GF finally about to fuck. Unless MC suddenly developed an NTR-fetish after watching GF sex, it doesn't seem like it would lead to NTR.

Also the title "zenpen" means first half, meaning this is only a two-parter. If it's multiple parts I can see eventual NTR but it's just two parts so I don't think the author will have enough time if he wanted to turn this into an NTR especially since MC and GF is pretty much already about to fuck at the final page.
