11 projects and you still have no idea how to level your scans, save them as Greyscale PNGs instead of RGB color to reduce bloat, and proper typesetting? Seriously?

The RAW that you linked to is 39.77 MB. Your files are 3.5x the size at 140.6 MB, which means they're bloated significantly. A general rule of thumb is that your exported files shouldn't be significantly larger than the RAW. Assuming you use Photoshop, on the top menu, go to "Image", then "Mode", and finally select Greyscale from RGB color. Photoshop by default has all RAW files as RGB color, so that's the very first thing you should change. From there, use the "Save to web" option (the shortcut's Left Ctrl + Left Alt + Left Shift + S) and export your files as 32 or 64-color PNGs to reduce bloat.

The other thing I noticed is that your scans aren't leveled. The blacks look splotchy and the whites have noise in them.

To a lesser degree, some of your bubbles aren't even fully cleaned. Creating a leveling layer with the grey (middle arrow) moved all the way to the right will show you what you've missed in your speech bubbles.

The last thing I wanted to point out is your typesetting could be better. A good portion of your text is off-center, owing mostly to the big and bulky nature of Astro City (your main dialogue font). CC Zoinks is another terrible font choice for exclamatory bubbles, of which there are many in this project.

It absolutely amazes me that in the year 2020, there are still people out there with no understanding on even the basics of proper editing, yourself included. But by simply correcting those 3 issues I mentioned, if you took 15 minutes out of your day to read up on these tutorials I linked to, your projects will look much better and will stand out more in the ever-increasing deluge of scanlations from all over the world. Good projects start with good editing (which really isn't that hard to do if you put the time and effort into it), and that's the main point I wanted to make.
