Ok time out . i know that thunder attacks dont work on the outside of this pokemon because of durabilty or its body type but pikachu is unleashing these attacks from the inside . your insides arent as durable as yoir outsides are . just making an observation.

Looking at the moves on the bulbapedia, I can only think of Thunder, Iron Tail, Draining Kiss, or Play Rough being very useful at the moment.
Pity it can't learn any ice attacks, huh? Fairy (play rough and draining kiss) is the only thing it gets that harms dragon types
