I think this story is more of a cheating story than the NTR story because Kaname cheats on her boyfriend, Ochiai cheats on his girlfriend and Ochiai doesn't intend to steal Kaname from Nagumo, he just wants to have sex with Kaname. This is the exact same story story as Nagare Ippon already did like 2-3 time. If anything, this is even weaker than the previous ones. This is simply how NTR is, same stuff over and over again with no variation/creativity whatsoever. Always relying on the same "small vs big dick" 98% of the time.

The whole "prolong it" is a failed attempt at inducing tension/whatever and feel more like it's just the authors milking it because they can't make anything else.
