This game doesn't seem that complex, I mean, the summary's in the title -- "My Younger Childhood Friend That I Liked Is Fucking Everyone".

The synopsis states that the MC messed up by treating the main heroine as a family member for too long. By the time he came around to seeing her as a woman, she had already been messing around with other guys. The heroine, Aika, is described as a carefree and simpleminded girl -- the type of girl not to sweat the small stuff. She's got a laidback and happy personality to the point of never rejecting anyone's requests, which is how she made so many "friends" if you catch my drift.

Looks like a short game and from the look of the CGs, it seems that she's not going to change just because MC finally figured out that she's a proper woman at the penultimate hour. Downloading now, but you probably shouldn't get your hopes up for this one. Atelier Sakura's been in a pretty bad slump and the fact that it's only 2500 yen is a telling indication that this is just another cheap thing to sell.

EDIT: Here's a detailed summary of a short portion of the game. I'll add more as I go along, but I don't know if I'll reach a character limit and might have to cut out details to make it more simplistic.

Also, personality-wise, the heroine is literally a one-to-one clone of Uzaki Hana but with the added fact that she's extra lazy, a little sweeter, and a slut. It's a reskin, but it really just is Uzaki Hana as a slut.

The story begins with MC having an erotic dream about Aika, the heroine, and then waking up disgruntled about it. He's more or less come to terms that he's finally recognized Aika as a woman, but can't really act on it because of their relationship as "siblings" because of their close childhood friendship. He continuously denies his attraction to Aika, but it really isn't working. Aika wakes him up from his dream; she's been there the whole time and messes with him while she plays vidya games in his room. A major point to note is that Aika is a complete tease and loves to mess with MC whenever possible.

MC tells her that he wants to change and for her to get out, and she responds that he shouldn't worry about her -- they've already seen each other nude before -- to which the MC replies that this when they were kids. Eventually, he relents and changes but not before telling not to look.

After that, they go downstairs to have breakfast together. Apparently, since MC's family and Aika's family have been neighbors forever, MC's mom loves Aika and treats basically her like her daughter, humorously liking her even more than her son. We learn that Aika's parents are currently abroad due to their jobs, and as a result, Aika's going to be living alone for a month. (An empty house all for herself? Huh, I wonder what that's going to be useful for?)

Afterward, they go to school together and their relationship is expounded upon some more. Aika and MC have a sibling status relation at school among other things. Since Aika is a year younger, she's a junior and they separate into their own respective classes. It's here that a supporting character is introduced -- MC's good friend, Tachibana. He's a stock pervert character that only has sex on his mind and upon meeting up with MC after some banter over MC's relationship with Aika, he asks him a question. There's a bad rumor going on in school about Aika being a slut that will fuck any guy that asks her for permission and asks MC if it's true. MC denies the rumor; He states that Aika has an upperclassman boyfriend from another high school, so the rumor doesn't make sense.

It's not the first time he's heard that rumor and has wondered whether it's true or not, but shrugs the question out of his mind. School ends and MC gets a text message from Aika saying that she won't be able to walk home with him today, which registers as weird to MC since he knows Aika is lazy (she's not in any sports or clubs), but doesn't prod further. Instead, he goes home with Tachibana and leaves it at that. When he gets home, he finds his mom making curry -- Aika's favorite meal -- and asks MC where she is since they usually always come home together, but MC says he doesn't know.

In any case, since she won't be around to eat, MC decides to drop off some of the curry for Aika at her house for whenever she returns and enters her house, as he has a spare key or something. At first, he decided to leave the dish in the kitchen, but with Aika being the careless girl that she is, he decides to leave it in her room so she won't miss it. To his surprise, he hears something inside her room and then opens it to find (CG 04-10) Aika in the middle of sex with some guy. Like deer in headlights, MC and Aika both go, "...Eh?" like a comedy routine, and then Aika sort of laughs and awkward tries to break the ice with MC, all the while still with a cock in her pussy.

MC's mind freezes and eventually responds that he came over to deliver her some of the curry, and Aika celebrates it's curry while still being fucked. The guy she's fucking, confused, asks who MC is and Aika replies that it's her neighbor... upon which the guy shrugs his shoulders and continues fucking her. The guy teases Aika for liking curry as her favorite dish and says only kids like it, and then asks if he'll cook for her. She says okay, but MC replies that water and instant ramen isn't cooking. The guy laughs and jokes about Aika's nonexistent cooking skills and the three of them banter... while the guy and Aika continue fucking. Eventually, when the guy is about to come, he makes Aika spread her legs and teases her before cumming. After they finish, Aika realizes that the MC is still standing in the room watching them and asks for how long he is going continue watching them in a teasing voice, prompting MC to hurriedly leave.

School ends and they walk home together this time and meet a young neighbor boy, Tsubasa, who asks them about love. They both know the kid since they live in the same neighborhood. Aika asks why he's asking them that and the boy responds that he thought they were a couple, only for MC to deny that and state that they're siblings. Aika agrees with him, and he contemplates the fact that Aika really doesn't seem him as a man, but a brother...

After they make it home, they go to MC's room, and Aika begins teasing him again. The teasing never ends. She remarks that his gaze has been locked to her skirt, as if he's trying to see what's underneath it. He denies it, stating that he thinks of her as a sister. This is where (CG 11-14) Aika lifts her skirt and teases MC. This also where a big revelation happens. MC tells her that doing this will make her boyfriend feel sad, and Aika replies, "Boyfriend?" After some clearing up, he learns that guy who was fucking her wasn't her boyfriend and that she had actually broken up with her boyfriend a while back, so it was all cool beans.

This is when MC gets shocked that she's just fucking people willy-nilly and talks about the rumor. MC argues the ethics of what she's doing, but Aika poutingly replies that she's not bothering anyone and she's also not just fucking random strangers. Her argument for her behavior is that it feels good and that's a valid enough reason for her. She teases MC and asks if he also wants in on the sex friend act with a smug smile, but MC deflects. She continues teasing him by asking why his gaze has been directed on her panties then, but MC deflects again. Eventually, she stops teasing him and they play vidya games.

Later on, MC contemplates that he gave up on Aika after she got a boyfriend, but now that the circumstances have changed... But in the end, he tells himself that it's not his business what she does since he's her "brother". That night he dreams the same panty scene as before, except this time Aika actually takes them off (CG 15-18) after teasing him some more and then he wakes up.

MC wakes up in the morning and Aika's already there playing vidya, as per usual. He tells her that he's going to change and tells her not look, but it's Aika we're talking about and looks at his morning wood in surprise. On the walk to school, she teases him some more after asking whether he's a virgin or not, to a predictable flustered response from MC. She teases him that it's fine and they move on.

Back at school, Tachibana asks MC again if the rumors are true and asks that if it was true, would he be okay with him ask Aika to fuck? MC replies that he doesn't know the answer and asks why he'd ask that. Tachibana replies that it's because they're bros, so it's only to ask for details. He internally monologues that he finally knows that the rumor is true since he heard the answer from the person in question. Tachina says that he wants confirmation since he if isn't true, it'd be a case of sexual harassment...

After school ends, MC and Tachibana draw the short straw and end up having to clean the classroom. After they finish, they go to dump the trash together near the back of the school and Tachibana hears something at the back of the school -- soft moaning. Tachibana heads to investigate and MC does too, despite his mind wanting to run away from the fact that he already knows who is making those moans. He simply doesn't want to face the reality, but his body wills him toward the noise, and finds Aika and some upperclassman fucking (CG 19-23). After this H-scene, Tachibana and MC return to their classroom.

Tachibana is on cloud nine after seeing that and basically spergs out as he froths at the mouth rambling about Aika's body and how hot she was. MC doesn't think Tachibana is a bad guy, but he can't handle his friend talking about Aika like that, so he departs for home. 

Afterward, MC is lost in his own thoughts as he is tortured over what he saw back at school. He doesn't know what to think or how he'll even look at Aika anymore... until she pops into the room to nag at him for help with her math homework. MC tries to act calm and composed, but Aika sees through that and asks him what's eating at him, to which he unintentionally asks what she was doing behind the school. He asks if she was forced to do that.

Aika's expression immediately turns into one of relief and she explains that it was an agreement with a naughty, smug smile and tells him that it was okay. She tells MC that she liked the thrill that came with fucking behind the school and he notes that she said as if it were completely natural. 

He tries to tell that she doesn't have to do it if she doesn't want to, but she tells him that she didn't dislike it and found it pleasurable. It hurts MC to see her talk about doing stuff like that so freely and with a smile on her face. MC tells her that he doesn't like her doing that stuff, and Aika teases him by asking whether he'd like to take part, only to elicit a moment of brief rage from him before he restrains himself and tells her to focus on her homework. 

After she leaves, he confirms his disgust over what Aika's gotten herself into but can't deny the bodily reactions he's had watching her with other men. In order to escape, he forces himself to go to sleep, but ends up having a dream about Aika (CG 269-275) about him having sex with her and then wakes up abruptly in the morning, splooging himself. 

He stealthy tries to head over to the laundry to clean the evidence, thanking his lucky stars that Aika wasn't in his room this morning in a passing utterance... only to end up calling Aika by accident to him. For the first time, Aika gets embarrassed and tells MC not to worry since she understands that wet dreams happen sometimes for guys. 

On their way to school, Aika teases MC and asks if he's backed up. She says that his little friend's always been at attention in the morning and wonders if MC's doing a no nut regime. She teases him and asks if it's because of all that he's seen of her, and MC tells her to drop it. 

Tachibana immediately drags MC over when he arrives at school, excited beyond reason, and after a lot of mulling, he eventually forces himself to let the MC have him come over to his house. 

MC, Tachibana, and Aika walk home together, and in the meantime, Tachibana chats up a storm with Aika until they get to MC's house. There the three of them play vidya, until Tachibana proposes to do a silly bet with Aika in a fighting game. In the end, Aika wins and Tachibana surrenders, telling her that he has a prize to offer for the victor, and then shouts, "Please take my virginity!" 

Tachibana admits that he saw her and the upperclassman yesterday and asks if she can help him get rid of his virginity. Aika pauses for a bit and then accepts without a second thought. MC tells Aika he doesn't like this and she pouts, saying that this time it won't be some strange upperclassman. Tachibana, the desperate guy, wags his head in agreement.

Aika asks a favor of MC -- she wants to use the guest room in MC's house that she uses whenever she stays over at his house. She states that if he doesn't, the only other options she'll have will be a love hotel, which is too expensive, or her own room at her house next door. Tachibana seems ecstatic at the thought of Aika's room says he'd love to see her room. 

This is where the story branches off into three distinct routes that'll go over in time from what I saw from the novel.

The first decision you can make is to:  [Lend them the room] or [Do not lend them the room]. 

Upon choosing [Do not lend them the room], Aika will state that it's fine and say that they'll be going to her house instead. Tachibana cries out that he'll finally become a man and they leave. 

MC monologues that in the end, he wasn't able to make her stop. He didn't like it, so he should have stopped her, but thinks to himself that he doesn't have the right to do that. MC unconsciously turns his head toward his window and gazes at Aika's room across from his and notes that he can see two shadows behind her pink curtain. He sees two shadows overlap and then fall onto the bed and then notices Aika's head buried into her bed. 

MC's dazed and confused, absolutely lost in what to do and then an abrupt time shift happens. Aika pops back into MC's room and he what she's doing here, to which she replies that she left something in his room. She tells him that his mom said that she could eat with them today and then MC asks if she really did it with Tachibana. 

She replies that she did and that he was a naughty little guy. MC tells her to stop having sex with other people and Aika asks why. He says that she should take better care of herself, and Aika replies that it feels good and that's what is most important to her. 

MC says that she should only be doing that with the person she loves, but Aika counters that by saying that she passed that stage a long time ago. As long as the other person feels good and she can relieve herself of her frustrations with sex, it's pretty much a win-win for her. 

Aika pauses and asks if he seriously meant what he said and then follows that up by saying that it has nothing to do with him and she's not bothering him by doing it. 

MC pivots on his big brother role says it does concern him as family, but Aika counters by saying that even though they have a relationship similar to siblings, they aren't actually blood-related, which only serves to piss off MC more. 

Aika gets pouty and asks what the hell has been up with him today and MC angrily replies that she's been overwhelming him as of late. Aika rebuffs MC and continues to push that its none of his business, but MC doesn't back down. 

Aika gets frustrated and says that she's had enough of this conversation and states that MC isn't even interested in her anyway, to which MC yells, "Huh?! WTF?! When did I EVER say that?!" 

She retorts that she told him how she felt about him a long, long time ago -- apparently, she didn't voice it out in words, but she said it. MC calls her out and says that he never said no to her and doesn't understand what she's referring to. 

Aika doesn't believe MC and says that she absolutely said, and then they have a childish spat where both of them go, "I did!" "You didn't!" "I did!" "You didn't!" for a while. Eventually, Aika gets tired and says, "Then let's reverse the situation! Do you admit you're interested in me?!!" to which MC responds with, "Of course! I've always like you!" 

The confession humorously short circuits Aika and she just goes, "...Eh?" 

After the abrupt confession, MC tries to make a word pun with "Sukiyaki" break the silence and Aika calls him lame for making that dumb joke. She nervously chuckles and says that MC doesn't need to joke about confessing. They do more word puns together, but eventually, MC grows a set and tells Aika that he wasn't joking -- he's always liked her. 

Aika rejects his response and replies that if that's true, why didn't he do anything when she was confessed to back in the past? MC replies that Aika told him back then she liked that upperclassman and trails off, not finishing.

Aika says that never said that, but MC tells her that she told him, "My senpai's so cool, I might fall in love with him." Aika grumbles when she realizes the reason why MC never did anything to stop her and eventually admits that she had lied.

This time MC does the, "...Eh?" and Aika admits she only did that to make MC a little jealous, and tells him that she's always loved him. She explains that the only reason she accepted the other guy's confession was because Aika thought MC wasn't interested in her.

MC retorts that she should have rejected him outright and explains that her accepting the other guy's confession was the reason he didn't make a move. Aika counters that if he felt that way about her, he should have stopped her back then.

MC apologizes for not having acted and reflects that if they had been honest, none of this would have happened. Aika apologizes to MC as well for what she did back then, too. She tells MC that she should have been honest about her feelings and then they begin to call out each other's names, as the emotional arc reaches its climax and... MC's mom angrily barges into the room and asks what they're doing, yelling at them that dinner's getting cold. 

When they return from dinner, Aika becomes incredibly nervous in MC's room and nervously asks if he dislikes her body because of her numerous affairs with other men. When MC laughs, Aika complains in a scared, serious tone that it's an important question to her, but she's cut off by MC who pulls her into a kiss. Afterward, you get the MC and Aika making love (CG 35-54). 

Funnily enough, the next morning MC notices that today's breakfast is especially extravagant and asks his mom why she's gone all out, to which she replies that something nice happened, heh. MC pauses and asks what that reason is and his mom openly wonders if she's going to be a grandma soon. She tells them to go at it in moderation though and asks Aika to give her future mother-in-law her regards. 

Afterward, the MC announces to the school that he's dating Aika, much to everyone's shock, Tachibana included. Afterschool, you get a call from Aika telling you that's she going to be late and won't be able to walk home with you. MC has zero suspicions about it and tells Aika he'll wait at the school gates for her and during that time an upperclassman approaches MC and asks if he's Aika's new boyfriend. He pulls out his phone and shows the MC this image (https://imgur.com/VGm9SFa) that is not the image gallery and tells MC that she's a slut if he didn't know already and that he should break up with her, but MC rebuffs him and tells him that he knows and will continue to date her. Resolve 1000.

The guy's not happy and says that he doesn't like the fact that one of his cocksleeves has been taken away, but MC doesn't budge. Aika shows up and asks if everything's alright, and MC firmly replies that it's all good. They leave together and along the way, Aika asks what that was all about, but MC tells her it was nothing. Aika calls him out on that bullshit, stating she can read him like a glove and MC tells him about the photo. Aika groans in annoyance and states that was probably an attempt to disrupt their relationship, but MC's love is unbreakable. Aika tells him that he was a guy who wanted to do it with her today, but she rejected, stating she has a boyfriend now. They get over it and Aika teases as always MC and they go home.

Cut to credits, then an epilogue of them several months in the future. It's stated that guys from Aika's past have tried to get at her again, but as a couple, they've blocked their attempts. All is well; Aika and MC go on a date. Afterward, they make love (CG 55-78) and then the route is over for good. Happy end.

Okay, with the redemptive good route out of the way, the novel becomes much less appealing to read, but whatever. As I stated before, there are three routes to this game and two of them can only be accessed if you make MC [Lend them the guest room] instead of [Deny them the guest room]. 

MC sighs in resignation and says, "Ugh, do whatever you want..." to which Aika happily thanks him. Tachibana once again proclaims in triumph that he's finally going to become a man and he and Aika leave for the guest room. 

Once they leave, MC reflects that he knew why Tachibana had come over and asks himself why Aika didn't refuse the request. It's stifling to him that it's going to happen. He wonders if Aika is going expose herself again and as he imagines that, he loses his balance, and his body temperature increases. MC acknowledges that is likely his anger flaring up, along with a feeling of jealousy, and something else buried in his heart, but he can't identify what it is with his mixed-up emotions.

He tries to calm himself down, but can't so he decides to get a drink to cool himself down. As he leaves his room and passes by the guest room, he notices the sound of Aika's faint moans and her talking, which surprises him. MC suspects that the guest room door wasn't closed properly. 

As he listens to Aika and Tachibana messing around, he realizes that Aika's using a tone of voice that she's never used with him. Unconsciously MC's feet turn toward the door and then you get two options that will decide which route you end up in -- [Peek into the room] and [Don't peek into the room] 

If you choose [Peek into the room], you get pulled into the longest route of the game, considering it's the one with the most amount of H-scenes of all routes. I'll leave this route for last and talk about the other route, which is much briefer. 

If you choose [Don't peek into the room], MC flees the scene and returns back to his room. He essentially becomes fed up with Aika's situation. He doesn't want to see any of it anymore and tells himself it has nothing to do with him. Whatever Aika does is her own business and not any of his to meddle with. 

Not wanting to hear any of it anymore, he puts on a pair of headphones and blasts them at max volume while he closes his eyes in bed. The scene cuts to black and then MC is awoken by Tachibana an unspecified amount of time later. Tachibana asks if MC fell asleep and apologizes to him for taking so long before declaring that he's finally become a man. 

MC replies with, "...Is that so." to which, Tachibana comments that he can't go back to masturbating after the experience and starts perversely commenting on Aika's body. Aika, on the other hand, is strangely silent and has a sad expression on her face, which makes Tachibana ask what's wrong with her. Aika stumbles her words and says that she's fine but quickly brushes it off with some joking. 

After some joking, Tachibana asks if she'll let him fuck her again and Aika goes quiet for a second and her eyes glance over to MC with a sad, concerned expression. She then replies that's fine as long as she's got free time and smiles toward Tachibana. 

Aika tells the boys that she's tired and is going to go home. Tachibana offers to walk her home, but Aika declines, stating she lives next door and can smell Tachibana's ulterior motive. Tachibana grumbles in defeat and says that next time, he'd love to see her room, to which Aika replies that she likes that Tachibana is so honest about his desires before trailing off with, "...Really, you know." with a sad face. 

MC perks up when he hears this and says, "..Aika?" and Aika apologizes to MC before she leaves. 

After this, the game cuts to black an abrupt epilogue begins as MC begins to reflect on everything that has happened since that day. Since that day, MC and Aika's relationship became awkward. On the surface, everything seems normal, but often times MC and Aika awkwardly look away from one another and stop talking. MC contemplates if Aika's apology was for... and he trails off. MC wonders if he misinterpreted it for something else, but never asked Aika what it was for. He comments that he and Aika have almost always been together since they were born and have gotten into big fights before, but they always patched things up... like siblings often do. 

And as if almost like real siblings, Aika no longer shows up at MC's room that much anymore, and the number of times that they've walked back home together has decreased, only reinforcing the distance that's grown between them. It makes MC that much more depressed. If their schedules match up, they'll still meet up and hang out like the good old days, but MC can't help but feel a sense of discomfort with Aika's change into a "good girl". Since that day, he's never caught doing it with another guy, but MC suspects that she still hasn't stopped. On a few occasions, MC's seen a strange guy enter her house and the bad rumor about her has spread even further at school. 

A year passes. MC graduated from high school and decided to go to a university in Tokyo. MC notices that when he graduated from high school, Aika decided to go back to calling him "Onii-chan" now instead of the usual "Senpai." Apparently, Aika felt that it was befitting now that he's become an adult and she's still a kid in high school. 

Aika tries teases him, asking if he's going to feel lonely now that he's going to live alone. Today's the day he's moving out to Tokyo in preparation for university and Aika's seeing him off. Aika says she's envious that MC's going to a university in the city, to which MC says that she should aim to come to his university. Aika rejects the idea, stating she's too dumb for that. MC offers to help teach in order to get in, but Aika tells MC that she'll study on her own. MC continues to push his offer to help, but Aika asks how he's going to do that now that he's leaving town. MC says he can either come back to town on the weekends or teach her online, but Aika declines stating that it'd be too much of a hassle for her and MC.

Aika says that MC should go and have a fun college life and teases him that he should go get a girlfriend so he can "graduate". MC replies that's none of her business and she says that he's right. After that, MC finishes packing and says that he'll be back home for the holidays, and Aika says "...Okay." before trailing off the sorriest "Bye-bye" you've heard along with a sad expression on her face. Route END.

It's the bad end, what more can I say? All that's left is the last and longest route, which is from what I saw, the one where MC gives in and partakes in Aika's sex friend stuff. I'll tell you how that goes and update later. Not looking forward to the reading it...

Here's the last route of the game. Upon choosing [Peek into the room], MC will quietly shuffle over and that's when you get (CG 24-34) Aika being groped by Tachibana, followed the actual sex scene. There's not much to talk about here, considering it's an H-scene with little narrative content.

Tachibana and Aika have some foreplay and then they fuck while MC watches them through the crack in the door. MC feels intense, twisted darkness that wanted to make him scream in despair as he watched them fuck, but he also noted that no matter how much tried, he couldn't force his legs to move away from the scene.

It isn't until Tachibana finishes that he feels his strength return to his body. Ah, I should also note that Tachibana used a condom in this H-scene, if that matters at all. After Tachibana finishes, he begs Aika for a second round and she agrees after seeing him beg so enthusiastically. MC bails before they start round two and returns back to his room as quietly as he can and waits for them to finish.

After they finish, Tachibana returns to MC and talks about how amazing it was. He then preemptively apologizes for his future intrusions into MC's house. MC somberly reflects that this was the result of him not stopping them. He's pulled Aika and Tachibana together and now he's created a precedent for Tachibana to use MC's house as a meeting place for them to fuck.

Tachibana, being the good-natured lad he is, encourages MC to ask Aika for sex and says that with the close relationship they have, Aika would definitely accept his request. MC evades the topic and asks where Aika is at and Tachibana replies that she's gone home to shower and change her clothes.

Tachibana then says that he's going to do the same thing and goes home, but not without genuinely thanking MC for helping him out and repeating his former suggestion again. He encourages MC once again to ask Aika for sex and then bails.

Now alone, MC is haunted by the sounds Aika made with Tachibana and gets a raging erection. Tachibana's words ring in his head -- that if he asked, she would definitely accept -- and MC fights the idea, telling himself that he isn't the other guys who are just after Aika's body.

His pride, desire, and jealously mix together as he continues to spiral down a lust-filled case of insanity, and recognizes that he won't be able to put this fire down until he takes care of the problem in his pants. Aika pulls Yokoyama close with a serious expression and whispers something to him that is not known. Afterward, Yokoyama mutters, "Then it really can't be helped..." and Aika apologizes to him. 

Yokoyama nods and then runs away with tears in his eyes, leaving Aika alone. After he leaves, Aika calls out MC and says that she knows he's there. MC grumbles in defeat and pops out, to which Aika says that peeping really has become a hobby for him, something MC finds no way to deny. 

MC asks if she rejected Yokoyama's confession and Aika says that she did. She states that more than anything, she's enjoying the experience of not being bound by anything and feeling good. Their not-date is cut short when Aika gets a call from Marui who wants to fuck and she asks MC if he's alright cutting their not-date short, which he accepts. 

When MC and Aika head home, they stumble onto Marui along the way, who asks if he disturbed something, but Aika reassures him that it's fine. They discover that Marui brought along company, a guy called Shikano, who introduces himself. Man these games have "good" endings which I like but they are just so non conclusive and boring, the two never even really confronted her bitch past in any ending and just kinda wish washed it away. She displayed a little regret but it was just so shallow. That's it. Almost all these AS games are so shallow. I love the good endings but for gods sake make it more satisfying.

The 'bad end' is clearly the better ending for the protag tbh, she's beyond saving if she's this dumb and the protag can go find a better girl.
