Eh, the rant is stupid and fails to convey anything of value, but I do get where he's coming from.

However, you have to realize that most artists are that: first and foremost artists. They overwhelmingly don't care about the peculiarities of character they draw (unless it's their OC or うちの子, and even then it's nothing too complex) nor do they care about the intricacies of the plot of the doujin work they draw. They are first and foremost interested on how to draw, the technique, colors, composition and so on; the rest is secondary, it's flavoring.
And that is also why they are good at drawing. If you want something to be to your taste, why don't you put your money where your mouth is and commission an artist to draw a doujinshi for you? The price is about 50000 JPY per page, higher if the artist is popular; you might find some cheaper artists if they aren't pro.
There are a few circles that are quite popular that rely entirely on commissioning artists to draw their stuff; although without connections and no past accomplishments it would be hard for you to find an artist that accepts your commission if you don't understand both the language and culture, unless you really have a lot of money. You'd need to earn trust first to prove your reliability as a client.
Of course, if you lower your standards you might get lucky and find an artists that would be OK with 20000JPY per colored CG, but I woudn't go for anything under 30000 if quality is an issue. Start with something that's 7~10 pages, or even 3 pictures + their variation.
That would both actually support the artists AND could make people realize that there is this underexploited market and see an increase in the content you so like.

The debate between @potato1919 and @ShoggothOfStone was very enlightening. Clearly shows how the NTR fetish (or any extreme/taboo fetish I guess) can be divisive. Though I don’t want to take sides on this, I’ll just say that people are allowed to like the things they like, regardless of the reason and history behind it, and other people should be allowed to criticize it. As for my take on NTR: NTR feels a little bit “toxic”, and it’s that kind of “intoxicating” feeling it gives that might get some readers and artists addicted to it, while it gets very obviously despised by people on the other side of the coin.

For me, personally, NTR is completely un-enjoyable unless I get detached from the story and simply enjoy the art or the art-style (which is very likely to be high-quality or appealing), or unless I empathize completely with the Bull/Lover/Chad (which in some stories he’s the actual MC, though rarely). The fact is, in my head I build a character that is very like-able to its partner or the other sex in general (handsome, athletic, muscular, intelligent, outgoing and even rich with a large pp) and consider it the standard character a MC should be, or a character I can self-portray with. That’s why I rarely find the "ugly bastard" or "old man" tags enjoyable, and that’s also why I associate this “chad” character with NTR: the feeling of being preferred by a woman in comparison with another man etc... is what really turns me on. And I doubt a woman would get easily interested in a ugly old fuck, right?

Though I’m not a handsome fellow myself, or anything of the sort... I’m still able to draw a line in-between real life and sexual fantasy/porn (thankfully). And even as a guy with a low self-esteem and anxiety I get to live life without the constant crushing feeling/paranoia of being betrayed as I am remembered that real people don’t behave like the soul-less, brain-less, over-characteristic individuals in fictional worlds.
