I decided to take a stab at translating one more. Sorry for the lack of order, but these are the two chapters that jumped out at me the most. Perhaps in the future someone can fill in the gaps.
Just so you know, your pages are still way too big (at 57.70 MB) and you're missing a page, page 210 from the digital raw. I downloaded all 20 pages and they came out to only 10.8 MB. To check to see if your files are bloated, compare your project size with the raw, untouched files you downloaded. From there, you can clearly tell if you're files are bloated. A general rule of thumb is that your project files shouldn't be significantly larger than the raws that you use, accounting for the fact that PNGs are always going to be larger than jpegs.
The very first thing you should always do is convert your raw jpegs to greyscale, then export them as 32 or 64-color black and white PNGs, but you didn't do that. On the other hand, you did change your fonts to something a lot more readable: Wild Words and Augie. I've already determined from your previous galleries that you haven't redrawn the background textures that you whited out whatsoever, but I also believe, given your current skillset, that you trying to redraw the missing textures would do more harm than good, but more on that another time.
A good scanlation is the sum of all the parts, not just one part. Imagine driving a car with one wheel, which is what this scanlation currently is, which is an improvement from your previous one which I equate into a car on top of cinder blocks. The missing wheels of that car with one wheel are the parts that you neglected to work on. Good scanlations are and always will be hard work, but it's worth it not just for the satisfaction of the reading/downloading audience, but also to make your works stand out against the rest so your galleries aren't simply lost in the crowd like way too many scanlations are.
Fortunately, you are improving. A big misconception in getting better is that you have to show vast improvement all at once. That's nonsense, because I can personally attest to it. I didn't get to be good enough to be an editor for the LWB (Little White Butterflies) overnight. I worked my fucking ass off and improved bit by bit, piece by piece, taking baby steps with new concepts and applying them to my scanlations. Besides, your first couple of projects are always going to be terrible, especially if you have no prior scanlation experience. Again, I can fully attest to that.
EDIT: Using your "title" page as an example, page 211, I loaded it into Photoshop. By default, Photoshop sets files to RGB color, which you can clearly see in this screenshot, circled and underlined in green: https://puu.sh/GQDIS/d06e7b5d38.png.
You're going to have to change from RGB color to greyscale, but how do you do that? Well, on the top menu, go to "Image", then "Mode", and finally select "Greyscale", shown in this screenshot: https://puu.sh/GQDNH/2f7cec4ad9.png
When you do, discard the color data to convert your image: https://puu.sh/GQDOf/353dee9762.png
Finally, confirm it's greyscale by checking the project tab: https://puu.sh/GQDQw/e918d2f029.png
From there, to export your images as PNGs, select "File", then "Export", then "Save for web (legacy)". Alternatively, you can press Left Shift + Left Alt + Left Ctrl + S. Here's a screenshot showing it: https://puu.sh/GQDSu/8bc322505f.png
Once you do that, on the right-hand side of the menu, there's a window where you can adjust settings. Set your save option as PNG-8, then set the colors to either 32 or 64. Leave the rest of the settings as is. Finally, press "Save" to export your once heavily bloated jpeg into a slimmer PNG: https://puu.sh/GQDXR/4e507aad3a.png.
And that's it! It may be overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it, you'll be converting RGB color files to greyscale and saving them as 32 or 64-color black and white PNGs in no time! Please, please, pretty fucking please do me a favor and update this gallery with everything that I just taught you (and all the potential scanlators viewing this comment in the peanut gallery). Now you have no excuse not to, unless you don't use Photoshop to edit.
If you´re interested, I can provide you PSD´s for previous chapters (I already have first two volumes fully redrawed and currently working on volume 3) in exchange for scripts (I just have the first 2 volumes translated).
