Should I upload the textless version separately?

You should always put text and no text set in the same gallery . If you upload them separately, people can mark your gallery as incomplete and then proceed to merge the 2 and reupload it themselves !
If you dont know how, simply add the word -part- to the title ! like [あずきまんま (お千代さん)] 褐色爆乳村 part1 can be dedicated to text version and [あずきまんま (お千代さん)] 褐色爆乳村 part2 dedicated to no text version and they count toward the same gallery !
Just check the game CG category that has large files to get an idea of how to upload big sets :

Overall its best to:
1- put everything in one gallery, if It's less than 2000 images (like you have done now) !
2. Split the gallery into parts for larger sets (2000+ images) !
