RWBY was NEVER well written or well produced lol

It was always just a mass of cliches from real anime. If you like that, fine. I have no issue with that; like whatever you want. I like plenty of stuff that I know is bad, but it's pretty silly to try and argue/pretend that it was ever well written or made.

Rwby was the baby of Monty Oum. When he tragically passed away. Rooster teeth tried to make it about their politics. Like making White fang into BLM. They even cut out Oum’s wife from their creative process. The show became RT riding on Oum’s legacy and slowly phasing it out for their own politically-charged work. Needless to say the quality in those are ass.

You know... RWBY could've been a really cool show if it didn't treat its young men like ass. Like:

* Helping Jaunne out when he was vomiting on the plane during the first episode.
* Made Adam into and anti-hero / concurrent villain, instead of "someone's revenge against the guy who raped her in the past."
* Kept Rowan alive.

Seriously. The lack of true empathy made for horrible entertainment works. I'm not sorry.

RWBY's story was always roughshod and made up as it went, but the first three seasons picked up the slack with outstanding action choreography because that was what Monty was essentially min-maxed for in his talents. Then he died. Then it kept going, 100% now by the guys who made the bits originally just intended to connect Oum's action scenes.
