So, I'd say you did this short comic pretty well. Parody-wise, the setting and characters work. Cosmo and Wanda help set the scene and are cameos, Timmy has grown up and Vicky and him are both at odds with each other. Personalities are fitting and believable. I could definitely see Vicky as a tsundere to Timmy and Timmy being a slight masochist from all the torture he suffered under her. Or it could just be him being so used to the 'Twerp' nickname and take it as a pet-name.

Would be interesting to see them visited in more stories. Lots of potential for hate sex, kinky sex, and loving sex depending on the situation.
