Longer yes but she became older so it probably is a wash on the years lived but she's missed out on years of school and university with friends. As for income well that assumes she's this school's nurse and not just an unemployed school nurse who now has to earn money, pay bills and take on adult responsabilities out of the blue. I'd prefer being turned into a younger girl like the other friend she does get the longer life expectancy, bonus years from being younger and more time to figure out what she actually wants to do with her life as opposed to being assigned to a job she may have no interest in.
