I'm sorry that you feel that way mate. Sadly Admins have said multiple times, that they don't care. P-uploaders such as saltcutlet can exploit, other people's galleries as much as they want, and admin simply can't be bothered to fix this outdated rule.
Being able to take control of other people's galleries, simply due to 1 flaw in the original gallery ! wonder whose bright idea that was. Like you don't even get a warning or anything ! Your gallery is simply gone and someone else owns it now !
People who come here with passion and love to share with others, only to have their upload hijacked by an opportunist 1 minute later and admins simply laughing on the sidelines, I suspect Tenboro also share his mods' views on this as he has refused to do anything about it.
This is specially toxic toward new uploaders, who are not quite familiar with the rules. Instead of having room for error or having protection, they are immediately greeted with having their galleries stolen and then told ~Add Cover or Get Fucked~ by admins !
The Saddest part of it all is, that covers are not part of the actual packs most of the time, So the galleries are not missing any original content and are complete ! This some made up rule BS!

I know I'm gonna get nuked for this, but...as *I* said on the other gallery (https://e-hentai.org/g/1808489/4faf03220c/) the problem with warning people is that someone has to enforce that. And rules have to be written up about how long a grace period the person gets. How do you track who warned vs. who expunges? etc. I don't think anyone is particularly happy with the system at present, but it's the only one that we have, especially with limited staff. A bunch of stuff already slips by unnoticed, and is found much later, if at all, while only those infractions we notice get punished. Don't want to see this happen? Volunteer your time and ideas, and if enough do that, maybe those of us in the Vigilante subforum can finally have better rules that require more manpower.

Also, note that the other mostly less complete gallery Saltcutlet has posted has both different censorship version covers, meaning it can't be expunged in favor of this one, unless this one gets updated with those as well. If no one else does it, I will, but I will wait a bit to give the original uploader a chance to do so himself, because most of us on the Vigilante subforum don't really like to snipe galleries. That said, time is limited, as it's first come first served on updating, so I'll only give a few days tops.
