This story has a lot of potential. The renders are pretty decent too.
I hope she will stay reluctant and feeling guilty, but still getting corrupted, for a very long time. And if that's where the story goes, that the husband is involved in some NTR fashion.

Also, does she have a fear of elevators?

I'm fine with it if it's written well :) it's definitely rendered well.
There are visual novels on F95 that are really high quality. I can recommend F95 regardless if you enjoy adult games, but in this case specifically there may be 3d visual novels with exactly the tags you're looking for.
