I'm not sure to what book that backcover belongs but I strongly doubt it belongs to this book. This lacks a scan of a back cover but it's also vastly incomplete and is an old bad scan. It should be rescaned but I'm sharing old scans that I organized years ago and downloaded even many years earlier.
