Is this part of a series? This feels like I've skipped all of the context. I've got so many questions.

Optimistically, I want to say that the skinsuitified people can be brought back to life, and the MC just has the power to access their memories and modify their personality. I'm not sure if the skinsuitified people are actually conscious while they're being worn and feel the same sensations, or if the MC just used his vague brain control powers to mess with the younger girl's brain to make her accepting of the whole situation and intentionally gave her memories of the sensations. It's nicer if the process doesn't kill people, even if it changes their personalities. Although it does raise questions about whether this is a fate worse than death... The little sister seems like she'll be having fun in the future!

(Why would the MC willingly agree to the "next time I wanna wear you" line? There's a lot of ways that could end badly for him, and only two ways it wouldn't end badly. First outcome is that the MC simply takes off the older sister skinsuit and lets the younger sister wear it, but that would leave him "exposed" and I don't think he'd want that. Second outcome is that the MC turns the little sister into a skinsuit again, then wears her *underneath* the older sister skinsuit. In this story, what we saw was the little sister on the outermost layer, so the reversal of that might be what she's talking about. I definitely don't think the MC would agree to being turned into a skinsuit himself, though.)
