There are alternative to MTL...
For example, it's possible to use E-h bounty system in order to find a proper translator...

Problem with MTL is that it severely lowers the chance of a work being properly translated.
Reason is simple: You won't work on something that already has a translation, right? Well, translators too. They will try to work on things that are still untranslated (and there are a lot).

Correct. Someone can put up a bounty in order to find a proper translator. But even so, most people will be satisfied even with a bad translation = less people who would start the bounty or who would put some credit/hath to boost the bounty. And we're only discussing about Eh here...

Honestly, I think it would have been better to release this gallery without the text (or with raw text & no text like in the original gallery). Or colorize the gallery once a proper eng. translation is out. No problem created this way.
