RIP.... I've been waiting for a translation to this since I first saw it and I was happy when I saw this appear only to get sad when I saw 2 stars :I maybe some day I'll see proper translation :(.

This isn't even close to a translation, it's a complete rewrite. The first page alone has almost zero connection to the original text, and the original story has *no* physical harm implied.

For reference, a rough, first-pass translation of the original first page would be:
Panel 1: "Pwaa~" "Active-duty JK (female students) pouring me booze is... Keep the sake coming!"
Panel 2: "I'm so glad I became a school nurse~" (the thought bubbles are variations on "annoying", urusai)
Panel 3: Snoring
Panel 4: "She fiiinally fell asleep" "How slovenly/unkempt (darashi)"
