Nope, the most you get about Gele is a blink and miss moment during the final battle that you see a great design of her, only to get it swapped with a bloody version of that design.
Other than that, you see another great image of her during one of Kayblis' flashbacks.

And about Gele herself, sure, she's not the Demon King with the biggest body count, honor that goes to Kluff Kluff or nighcisa, she was known as the cruelest Demon King, during her reign of terror there were no human kingdoms or cities, and while human population was at an all time high, they lived like cattle, tortured at a whim, monsters were just forbidden from wanton slaughter just to reduce the power of the chosen hero.

I believe he is referring to the hypothetical remake of Rance X. Since Rance 1-3 have been remade already (and a remake of 4 in the works from what I've heard), the joke is that Alicesoft won't make any new games in the series but instead remake the series itself culminating in TADA's magnum opus: a super, massive Kichikuoh-style game where you get to choose which country the one armed mercenary drops Rance off in as a baby (current canon is that he was carried by a one-armed knight to a small town in the Free Cities area of the Continent). In the remakes, a lot of extra content got added into the games (and that content then got added into later games in the series despite such characters never appearing in the original canon timeline before). That's why characters like Menad appear in later games despite never having appeared in the earlier games; they were retroactively added to canon. This is also why one-off character got artistically updated to reflect their new looks they were given in the remake games. As I understand it, since the remakes have told the original version's story and then some, the hope is that the "remake" of Rance X (dubbed Rance 10 to set it apart from its original version) will include the original game/story, but add extra story beats: one such beat being spending more time with Gele.
