For where the story was heading this was actually a pretty good outcome all things considered. They both stay together and the Ork is finally outsmarted. It could have very easily just been another ntr comic where the bad guy wins and the husband/love interest is cucked to death.

Weak ending. One group will want the classic NTR ending where she becomes the Orc's bitch, and the other group wants her to be free and returned to his old body. This ending will please neither side.

Maybe there will be enough feedback to encourage alternate endings

Personally I prefer this ending instead of the "all returned to normal" or the "she ended like a orc bitch" which both are kinda over used these days and boring. The negative part of this story is that the corruption ended like after chapter 4 or 5, after that mostly talking, finally the author decided to end it which is good

I'm sorry but I have to agree with the people saying this was a very weak ending and It seemed to me like the author was fed up with the story and just wanted to bring it to an end in the quickest way possible.
The whole "plan" that ended up outsmarting the orc parachuted itself out of nowhere (with 2 brief panels of explanation) and straight up deployed a fat Deus Ex Machina to the table for the vanilla ending the author wanted to wrap this story in as it seems.

I'm having some strong Game Of Thrones' ending vibes from this

I was only really confused by the Elf's role in the story. I figured she was in on it all. There to pretend to help the bimbo process, steal away the male Katarina, and drive that wedge between them. I mean, she'd have to be a complete moron to not figure out what Rugnaw was doing, right? So she HAD to be in on it!
But then... she isn't?

Glad it DIDN'T have the same old ending of every other NTR story you read here with an orc/black gangster/Japanese businessman/wimpy prince half-brother who sides with demons. The sudden disappearance of Rugnaw seemed a bit off but he still got more than enough revenge for Darien getting stabby at the beginning. I'm here for the pregnant bimbo sex, what's not to love?
