Actually, it does appear to be Appa. A number of the signatures in here are just "appa", meaning to me that "appasart" means "Appa's Art".

Welp. Most of the pictures on this gallery are either signed Appa or Appasart. His Tumblr name says Appa.
But all of his recent pictures are signed Appas on Twitter. His Pixiv and Twitter names say Appas, without an ' or art.
I don't know anymore.

I´ve always known him as Appa since he started sharing his first drawings in an extinct forum recently resurrected.

I guess he created his Appas tumblr, instagram and twitter because Appa users already existed and, as laundrycave says, Appasart means Appa´s art.

In his Patreon he presents himself as Appa.
