This made me incredibly sad. I loved the first comic and thought the two fems (trans?) were really cute and fun. This one just made me feel bad. I really don't like the angle this sequel took. Also I really dislike the artist's habit of starting the sex parts and ending them in 4 panels. The first one kind of compensated it with really dynamic poses and good paneling but this one's just lazily done.

This story was... bad, like really bad.

But, before pointing the issues, it seems we have confirmation that Fanny and Izzy identify as trans-girls and not fem-boys. OK, that'd be useful to properly address them.

First of all, yeah, Dave and Kevin were assholes, but they were straight guys who suddenly are dating trans-girls. Of course they'll take time to get used to it in public. Not excusing their behaviour but human beings are fallible creatures, we are meant to learn from our mistakes. In fact, Dave rises a good point: "She expects me to change the way I think, overnight!". They probably are trying to change, they can't do it in one day. This can be seen with Kevin, who doesn't take too long to realize how much he loves Izzy and how guilty he feels about what happened.

Then, the comic tries to make Dave and Kevin look kinda unlikeable for their transphobic behaviour from before... but soon Fanny and Izzy are shown fetishizing black men and reducing their appeal to their sexual attributes just after insulting their boyfriends. Racism and hypocrisy and we are supposed to like them. Magnificent!

Also, the "punishment" Fanny decides is to commit infidelity and clearly enjoying it. Izzy is at least reluctant to it... at first. It doesn't take too long for her to do the same. Besides, considering Dave doesn't even know about Fanny's affair, what kind of lesson is that for him? And yes, Dave is shown trying to cheat on her too (even if he fails) but he realizes after that how much better he was with Fanny, while the later shows no guilt about her cheating affair.

Kevin is the worst affected here: he feels guilt quite soon and wants to apologize to her... only to find her cheating on him and, worst of all, forced to accept it (you can see when he says "yes I do" that he is genuinely hurt) and feels confused about what his relationship with Izzy is and the disgusting way she takes it, like it was a funny adventure.

The worst part here is that how the comic tries to show how Fanny and Izzy are perfect girlfriends... just after portraying them as remorseless racist cheating bitches. So yeah, it fails spectacularly there too. Oh, and as a final note: the best way to punish your boyfriend is to publicly humiliate him after cheating on him, according to Fanny.
