I can read partial Japanese Mandrian since i'm Taiwanese, so i went and see what the main character said at the bottom left of page 4. It says 第一次生產業❤, which means "first time production", "primary industrial sectors" (like agriculture, forestry, fishery, livestock...) or what the translator said.
So ... yeah ~ non of the meanings above can fit the context.
Maybe only the native Japanese can understand this ?

You're welcome! Yeah, I didn't really understand that part. Fortunately it's not really anything important I suppose lol. After all, he was kinda just trolling his student buddies with that line, instead of just giving a serious answer. And we have seen what this work actually is.
